Nevada Governor Candidate Mike Montandon Declares GOP Primary A Two-Man Race
At Mike Montandon For Governor, the campaign responds to recent polls:
In the latest poll, only Mike Montandon and Brian Sandoval have credible numbers to run against Democrat challengers this fall. The survey, done by national GOP pollster Glen Bolger, shows Montandon in a 40-40 tie with Rory Reid. Gov. Jim Gibbons would lose re-election to Reid by an 11% margin.
46% of voters consider ‘jobs and the economy’ to be their number one issue. As the former Mayor of North Las Vegas, the fasting growing city in America, Montandon has a record of helping create jobs and attracting new businesses. As governor, Montandon will grow Nevada’s economy by keeping taxes low, reducing regulations, and overseeing a fiscally responsible state budget.
Voters are attracted to Mike’s consistent conservative message. He is a pro-life conservative who will protect the sanctity of marriage. He also has a record as a fiscal conservative, supporting limited government, lower taxes, and fewer regulations. In a conservative primary electorate, Mike’s conservative credentials set him apart.
